Directed by: Hélène Angel
Plot: Guillaume de Montauban, aka Dragon Rouge (Auteuil), a legendary Crusader turned bounty hunter in the service of His Holiness, regains his moral compass thanks to the naivete and purity of his squire, and love for his insane friend.
Pros: Presence of dragons is implied; there is a ghostly apparition that looks like a Medieval drag queen.
Cons: It’s going for Fellini’s aesthetics and ends up being too ironic by half. The plot is disjointed and barely coherent, and Daniel Auteuil is completely at a loss with his character.
